Creating user account has been simplified in Windows 8. User accounts are added in Windows 8 . This is to enable two or more persons have separate accounts in the same Windows 8 computer. In windows 8 and other previous Windows Operating systems, only a user with an administrator account can create, edit or delete users.
It is always advisable to avoid assigning an administrator account to a user that is not well known or trusted by you.
A user with an administrator account can make unlimited changes to a computer. An inexperienced user can make some alterations on the computer which may cause the computer to malfunction. An administrator account comes with a lot of security risk. This is because it comes with an endless privileges to the account owner.
Creating User Account:
To create a user account in Windows 8, Just move your mouse to the bottom left corner of Windows 8 screen.
click on Settings, and click on PC settings.
Move your cursor to click on Accounts, then Other Accounts.
Click on Add an account option.
Add your username and password on the spaces provided.
Move your cursor and click on Finish.
A user with an administrator account can add password to the user account. This is done by going back to the Control panel. At the control panel, select the newly created or already existing user account. Then open the manage account option.
